Today is the last day to take advantage of Lands’ End spring sale – take $20 off your order of $75 or more, plus get free shipping when you use the code SPRING and the pin 1710 at checkout.
Lands’ End has tons of stuff marked down, including boys’ uniform chinos — I just got three pairs @ $9.97 each for next year plus this adorable fall jacket, marked down to $9.99, normally $44.50! All together, my total for 8 items was just over $50 – which retail would have cost over $280!
Don’t forget to click through a cashback site to increase your savings. Both Ebates and ShopatHome are currently paying 6% cashback. If you’re new to either program, you will get a $5 bonus for your first purchase! Just click this referral link for Ebates or this one for Shop at Home, then sign up for an account, and search for Lands End.
Lands’ End isn’t very frugal, is it?
I know I used to think that LE was a bit pricey for kids’ clothes. Yes, even with the sales. I’m spoiled by Target – where I can pay just $1 or $2 for most items on clearance.
But I have come to really like LE pants for my boys – who tend to be very hard on their clothes, especially the knees of their clothes. Last year, we bought 3 pairs of Old Navy chinos for my son to start kindergarten and by the end of the first quarter, they all had such bad holes in the knees that we had to turn them into shorts.
Not only are LE clothing made incredibly well, but they stand by their merchandise 110%. If something wears a hole – even a year or two later – you can call them and they will replace it, no questions asked. When you are handing clothing down from one kid to the next, that’s an incredible guarantee!
