  1. They have some terrible reviews!! Are they really good?

    • You know, I wouldn’t say they are the best toy in the world, but they serve a purpose, if that makes sense. And really, my kids are obsessed with them from all their infomercials – but it’s usually some crazy amount (plus shipping & handling). So for under $6, I grabbed a few for my gift closet and rainy days!

We got some as a gift years ago and my daughters absolutely love them. Has the quality gone downhill, because the ones we had lasted for years and my oldest played with them all the time. Creating and recreating and while they lost some stickiness over the years, they still stuck together. I was surprised to see all the bad reviews. We recently replaced them with another similar product called “Wikki Sticks” because my husband liked that they were made in the USA and had better reviews. My girls (4 and 8) play with them several times a week and I like that it’s way less messy than play dough.

  3. Lauren Rosen Gerofsky says:

I like Wikki Stix or Bendaroos for my own kids (deifinitely neater than play dough!) and for use in my younger Hebrew School classes. We use them there to make our new letters and vowels and then to practice spelling out real and made-up words.

  5. Thanks, I just bought a few sets for use at my son’s birthday party at the end of the month!
