  • 2 speeds (low and high) for all your blending tasks
  • Stick design reaches into pots, pitchers and bowls to extend blending options
  • Ergonomically designed grip offers comfortable hold and more control while blending

  • Dishwasher-safe blending shaft and beaker make cleanup effortless

I’m a HUGE fan of blended soups, and the hand immersion blender – AKA “zhuzher” 😉 — makes it so much easier. I like them so much that I have two blenders — when for meat soups and one for dairy. (Actually, I have three, because I have a Pesach hand immersion blender too!)

And if you haven’t checked out my easy-peasy immersion blender mayo recipe, go do that now. I’ve also been using my blender at least once a week lately on this incredible “dump ranch” salad dressing.

Two-day shipping is free with your Amazon Prime account. If you’re not a member, you can get free 5-7 day shipping via Super Saver Shipping when you spend $35 or more.

  1. Mara, that Ranch dressing looks great! And it seems to be whole 30 compliant.
A question though…what kind of coconut milk do you use? Canned, refrigerated or boxed?
Thanks so much & shabbat shalom.

    • Mara Strom says:

It is Whole30 compliant and it’s totally fantastic! I use the canned coconut milk. Shake well, before you open. Also, if you use the “cream” part – it make the dressing a bit thicker. It’ll be thin at first, but it does thicken up in the fridge.

  2. Thanks so much!
I’m looking forward to trying it.

  3. Great dressing!
Made it with parsley twice-thinking about trying scallions next week….
    Thanks for the recipe!
