Happy Camper Wasp & Bee Trap – No More Insects In Your Sukkah

Plagued by bees and wasps in your Sukkah?

Here’s a chemical-free, electricity-free solution!

The Happy Camper Re-usable Hanging Wasp and Bee Trap, found – of course – on Amazon. It’s just $8.09 – a price for which I’m willing to give this a shot. (And shipping is free with Amazon Prime or when you spend $25 with Super Saver Shipping.)

Just hang the trap outside your sukkah with a cup of juice or sugar water in the bottom and a voila! No more insects.

While I’ve not tried these before, I’m convinced by the glowing reviews like this one:

We live out in the country, and every September, wasps flock to our house. We put these up in several locations around our home, and they work every year!

Have you ever used the Happy Camper Trap? Experiences?

  1. I haven’t tried this specific one, but we used something similar and it really does help. The one we bought was nearly twice the price, though, so this is a good deal.

I’ve seen some tutorials for making them out of soda bottles, but we’ve never tried it.
