  1. I could not use the groupon $10 plus your KOAB on the same order. Just thought I would let you know…. Oh well.

    • Are you a first-time customer (soap.com and diapers.com share the same interface, so if you’ve ordered from one, you’ve ordered from the other — according to their records)? I was told that you could use both together. I’m sorry :( If you are truly a first-time customer, you can try emailing their customer service and finding out about a refund of the 20% (assuming you spent over $25). If you don’t have any luck, let me know — and I can try as well.

  2. I am a first time customer… never ordered from either before. My order ended up being $25.70 so I ended up paying $5.70 because it would not take the 20%. I will try sending them an email tomorrow and let you know. I tried putting in the code. It would only one or the other.
