I noticed this really cute Women’s Ponté Flounce Dress on sale for $19.99, regularly $69. After the coupon code, you’ll pay just $13.99. I have a friend with this dress – and it’s really flattering on her. The length just covers her knees when standing, so even though it’s above the knee at the model, I think it depends on how tall you are. She wears hers with a little short-sleeve cardigan and it’s really cute.
