Online Photography Class | Shoot Fly Shoot 50% Off for Cyber Monday

Shoot Fly Shoot Online Photography Classes

Have you recently purchased a DSLR? (Maybe the awesome Canon deal for under $500?)

Perhaps you already owned a DSLR camera, but never managed to figure out how to get off Auto mode.

Today only, ShootFlyShoot is running an awesome 50% off sale good on ALL their classes. You can even buy gift certificates for 50% off – if you want to let a friend or family member pick out their own classes.

They also have classes in Lightroom and Photoshop.

One of my goals for 2014 was to get on to Manual mode — and start taking some Pinterest-worthy images. (I’m not aiming for award-winning, mind you — just for pictures that I don’t constantly have to apologize for!)

Well, I’m pleased to tell you that I was able to check that goal off my list thanks to the series of online video photography classes I took thru the site Shoot Fly Shoot. I took this shot using their teaching – and that post has gotten over 59,000 re-pins!

Easy Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I was really impressed with the  Shoot Fly Shoot videos — they are clear, easy to understand and just enough information without being overwhelming. I like how they break the lessons down into bite-sized pieces  — Exposure, ISP, Aperture, Shutter Speed, etc.

The videos range from a few minutes to 45 minutes long, and you can watch them over – and over – again until you really “get” that lesson. Once you make a purchase, the class is yours forever — watch them again, anytime you need a refresher. Being able to learn at your own speed is so important when you’re doing something hands on like photography.

Valid today only, 12/1/14.

P.S. I highly recommend these classes, but if paying for them isn’t in your budget right now, don’t forget about this free online photography class in how to take portrait shots from Craftsy. (I just checked and it’s still going!)
