Since posting my January menu plan, a number of you have written to ask me about my breakfast smoothies.
Over the next month, I will try to share some “recipes” to my favorite smoothies, for those of you that would like to start your day this way as well.
Today I am sharing one of my absolute favorite smoothies!
Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 3/4 cup frozen mango slices
- 1 whole orange, peeled
- 3/4 – 1 cup almond milk
- ice to taste (I use about 1 cup)
Place all ingredients, ice on top, in a high power blender and blend until smooth.
