Frozen Lemon Wafer Cake Passover Recipe

Frozen Lemon Wafer Cake (Kosher for Passover and Gluten-Free)

I’m a firm believer in Passover desserts that don’t taste like matzah. (Unless it’s “matzah crack” – then tasting like matzah, slathered in caramel and chocolate, is totally fine.)

I’m also a huge fan of lemon in my Pesach desserts. (I love the tangy bite of a lemon merengue, for example.)

Which is why it was kinda love at first sight for me when I discovered this amazing recipe for Frozen Lemon Wafer Cake in the brand new Passover cookbook, Passover Made Easy.

Written by the talented duo of Leah Schapira, founder & owner of CookKosher.com, and Victoria Dwek, managing editor of Whisk Magazine, Passover Made Easy takes a modern approach to Pesach recipes – including this mouth-watering lemon cake.

As you can see from the glamour shot of the lemon cake, the photography in Passover Made Easy is stunning (I’m a sucker for a good photo in a cookbook, aren’t you?).

Passover Made Easy

Their breezy writing style is a total joy. The handwritten font is endearing. And the fact that the soft-covered cookbook opens landscape-style? That’s just yet another indication that Passover Made Easy is most definitely not your same old Passover milieu.

You can order Passover Made Easy on Amazon right now for only $10.87 – and it ships for free with Amazon Prime or via Super Saver.
