PJ Library in Hebrew ~ Get FREE Hebrew Books for Your Children

I’m sure most of you with young children know about PJ Library already. It’s a wonderful program sponsored by the Grinspoon Institute to promote Jewish literacy, sending one free book (or CD) to your child, birth through age 8, each month.

Now there’s Sifriyat Pijama b’America, funded by the Israeli Leadership Council. There’s a waiting list to join the Hebrew book PJ Library, but you can go HERE to sign up. I just did that – and now am really hoping our kids make the cut!

A huge thank you to In Our Small Garden for letting me know about this.

  1. Wow- thanks! We LOVE the PJ Library books and CDs!

  2. Is this first come first serve for the wait list?

  3. This looks like it is intended for Israeli families now living in the U.S., not just any American Jewish families. Is that correct?

    • Melissa – I’m really not sure. I have emailed them, but haven’t yet heard back. I didn’t want to wait on letting y’all know, since this already has a waiting list for October. When I know more, I’ll be sure to update.
