  1. I love this cookbook and use it all year round! The honey mustard schnitzel (even with the imitation mustard) and quinoa taboule are delicious (perfect for my wheat allergic son). There is a wonderful pomegranate and goat cheese salad. The mushroom spinach quinoa is very good, as is the rosemary butternut squash. I love the use of spaghetti squash. It’s a bit of a bohemian style book. Some of the photos don’t match the ingredients (beautiful red onions in the photo, but not in the ingredients). Sometimes an ingredient is listed and not mentioned in the recipe. I didn’t know what to make of it, though have come to appreciate the laid back style of the book. I’m making the coq au vin with saffron quinoa tonight! Out of my collection of over 200 cookbooks, it is a frontrunner. My original Kosher by Design is dog-eared, then there are Quick and Easy Kosher and CHIC Made Simple. Spice and Spirit (regular and Pesach versions are standards). OK, time to stop. I am a cookbook addict.
