chunk light tuna *Quick* Amazon: Chicken of the Sea Tuna in Water, $.44/Can

I’m hesitant to post this, since I’m sure the price will jump back up in no time, but right now you can get 48 cans of chunk light tuna from Amazon for just $.44 a can!

Chicken of the Sea Tuna Chunk Light Water, 5 Ounce Tins (Pack of 48) *Quick* Amazon: Chicken of the Sea Tuna in Water, $.44/Can - $21.32. No Subscribe & Save option required. If you’ve got Amazon Mom, this ships for free in two days.

  1. Out of stock. :( Stupid Amazon.

  2. For me, too :(
Do you have a tip on how you find these Amazon deals so quickly? I was so excited when I saw the crockpot deal yesterday – I was going to stock up, but I was too late!

    • I like to check slickdeals.net about 20 times a day, LOL. But I will also say that if you are signed up for KOAB email updates, those come out once a day b/w 6 & 8 a.m. CST. This is a compilation of all the posts over the last 24 hours – which is great for the less time-sensitive deals, but it does mean that you might be missing out on the super quick Amazon and other online deals. The good news is that these deals, like grocery store sales, are cyclical. If you want a slightly more up-to-the-minute look at the deals I share, though, you may also want to sign up for my RSS feed and check it in a Google reader. Or follow me on Facebook or Twitter, so those have almost instant updates (especially Twitter; FB tends to have a bit of a lag.)

  3. I just checked again and the deal was back!

  4. I just ordered this today! It is back in stock!

  5. Thanks for the tip – I’m so glad that it is back in stock (even though it will take a few weeks to ship.) This is one of the ways that I stretch my Shabbat dinners. I used to have white tuna ($1/can on sale) with mayo as part of our “starters” courses. My family devours it, and 11 people can easily down 5 cans (as a starter!!). Now we make light tuna and add tomatoes, pickles and onion with the mayo and spices. My family still loves it, but it goes much further and now costs half the price. Thank you!!!
