Just six more days until Black Friday…
Of course, if you’ve been reading here the last week, then you know that Black Friday has become more Black “Week” than “Friday”.
Most stores put their Black Friday sales online at least a day early, some as early as Tuesday. And Amazon is running eight days of Black Friday (thru Cyber Monday) Lightning Deals, starting this morning. New deals will be released every 10 minutes.
I will be here, all week — starting bright and early each morning — to bring you guys the very best deals of this Black Friday madness. The best prices will go fast, and I know that sometimes that can be frustrating.
That’s why I wrote this PSA on the KOAB Facebook wall, which I wanted to re-share with those of you who may not have seen it there.
Typically, the hotter the deal, the faster it sells out. If you don’t want to miss out, here are my suggestions:
#1. Stalk the KOAB Facebook page. Like a post or leave a comment when you see something you appreciate knowing about, so that Facebook knows you care about the content — and keeps showing you my updates in your newsfeed.
#2. Sign up for KOAB text alerts.(For the next week and a half, expect several a day. It will taper down to just 1 or 2/day after that.)
#3. Refresh Kosheronabudget.com often – I use an RSS reader, Feedly, which I love, but there tends to be a 20 minute delay. So, if a deal is live for only 15 minutes, you’ll be out of luck. That’s why I recommend going straight to the source.
#4. Remember that there’s always another deal – and that no matter how great the price, it’s not a bargain if you can’t afford it!

Whichever you choose — in-store or online — please be sure to keep checking out your favorite blog (this is your favorite, right?) for all the latest and greatest in Black Friday sales.

Leave me a comment with the item or items that you are really hoping to score this Black Friday. No guarantees, but I’ll do my best to keep an eye out for them!
