  1. This was much better. It’s easier to compair the stores.

  2. Beware that the OfficeMax deals are regional this week. We got a 20% off bag in our paper and no flyer. I went to their website and clucked on this week’s flyer there. I made my list, went to the store, dud my shopping, then to find that none of it was on sale! Bummer!

  3. Our OfficeMax didn’t have any of these deals. We only had a 20% off bag with no weekly ad. I wandered around for a while thinking the things on my list were a lot more expensive than I would have expected, but not sure that I could do better elsewhere, since I haven’t priced protractors or notebook dividers in a while. Finally, I decided to give up on them and go to target, where I got everything I needed for, seriously, one fourth to one eighth the price of OfficeMax. I actually wondered if they raised prices for the sales tax holiday anticipating high turnout.

  4. Jennifer W says:

how do i find out if the officemax rewards/perks deals are for my area? i did not see most of th elicited ones in my sunday circular.

  5. heightser says:

The Officemax MaxPerks deals (free after rewards) are online only. Free shipping for $30.00 or more, which you will get back in reward points. I went to the store to look for these and didn’t find them til I came home to vent online and saw that they’re there for the taking.

  6. FrugalEngineer says:

The Staples penny notebook paper includes an option for graph paper. I’ve never seen penny graph paper, and DH is a math teacher so I’ve bought a lot of graph paper. Stock up!

  7. FYI the deals are different in Los Angeles.
