*Tu B’Shevat, as my five year old will tell you, is the Birthday for the Trees. Celebrated on the 15th day of the Jewish month of Shevat, which usually falls in late January or February, Tu B’Shevat is often referred to as the Jewish Arbor Day.  Some of the most popular traditions on Tu B’Shevat are eating dried fruits and planting trees.
