{Virtual} Book Club Meeting for “Me Before You” by JoJo Moyes – Wednesday at 1 pm EST

Me Before You

It’s time for our book club meeting to discuss our February selection, Me Before You by JoJo Moyes.

As you may remember, I set a goal for myself in 2016 to read at least one book per month. I publicly announced my book selections for each month and asked you to join me in reading this year. Nothing like public accountability partners!

Have you read “Me Before You”? I can’t wait to discuss it with you — on Tuesday, March 8th at 1 pm.  (You still have four days to read it – it’s a quick read!)

Like with last month’s meeting, I will be LIVE on the Periscope app and invite all of you to attend.

Periscope is a live streaming video app that you can install on your phone. You can “broadcast” (what I’ll be doing), or you can you watch and comment on other people’s broadcasts (what I hope you’ll be doing).

If you haven’t put the Periscope app on your phone yet, head over here to do it on iTunes or here for Android. Once you sign up for Periscope, you can search for me by my handle @kosheronabudget — let me know if you have trouble finding me, and I’ll try to help. Once you follow me, you can choose to be notified when I go “live”, which I recommend doing, so you don’t miss out on the discussion.

I have outlined a bunch of my thoughts on the book and have lots of questions that I want to ask you, too. Of course, if no one shows up, I’ll just be talking to myself — which won’t be very much fun (or very elucidating!).  So, um, please: Show up!

If you can’t make it at 1 pm EST, you can watch the playback on Periscope for 24 hours. I also plan to save a playback of the video like I did with our Inside the O’Briens book club, which you will be able to watch anytime.

Want to join us for a subsequent book club? You can check out the rest of my 2016 Reading List HERE. We’re reading the Elon Musk biography in March.
