Whole Foods Deals for Week of 8/18/10: Time to Stock Up on Yogurt

Did you happen to leave a recipe in my Kosher on a Budget Recipe Exchange last Friday? If you did, I hope you have received your coupons by now. You should have several $1 off Stonyfield coupons in the lot, which you can put to good use at Whole Foods this week. Even if you didn’t leave a recipe, there are a number of online coupons which will get you almost the same discount.

Keep in mind that many Whole Foods stores allow you to stack a Whole Foods coupon (found online or in the Whole Deal newsletter at the front of the store) with a manufacturer coupon. There is no national corporate policy, though, so it’s up to each individual store how they want to handle it.

You might want to stop by customer service to clarify their policy ahead of time. For my OP readers, I have not had any luck stacking at the 91st and Metcalf location, but I will keep trying and let you know what happens!

Whole Foods offers a 10% discount for buying a case (= 12) worth of product, and gives you $.10 off for each reusable bag you bring in.

Here’s a look at what I’ll be stocking up on tomorrow, but to get all the Whole Foods Deal Match-Ups from this week, please visit the wonderful blogger, Thrifty Mama.

Stonyfield Farm 8-pack Yogurt Squeezers  $3.69
Use $1/1 8 pack Yogurt Squeezers or the $1/1 from the envelope I sent recipe-leavers last week
Stack with $1/1 8 pack Yogurt Squeezers store coupon
=$1.69 after coupons

Or buy a case and pay just $1.53 each after coupons & case discount (I learned from a reader that these freeze and defrost well. I am going to try sticking one into my son’s lunch still frozen, so that by the time he’s ready for snack it will be defrosted but still cold.)

Buy 2 Stonyfield Farm YoBaby Yogurt 4-pack ~ $2.69 each
Use $1/2 YoBaby Yogurt 4 pack store coupons
Stack with $.50/1 YoBaby Yogurt 4 pack or $1/1 for the recipe-leavers manufacturer coupon
= $.69 – $1.69 each after coupons

Also, the 6-oz. cups of fat free yogurt are on sale again 10/$5, so you can do the same $.28 deal I wrote about a few weeks ago.

Will you be shopping at Whole Foods this week? What’s on your list?
