Comments

  1. Great roundup! Lots of new favourites here for us to discover. If I may suggest my own… well, I will. My kids love it because they’re in there! (but other people’s kids also love it, because it’s a great story)
The Marror Man, by Jennifer Tzivia MacLeod – recently re-released in full colour with a great new cover!

  2. Forgot to add, Rachel Shifra Tal’s, “If you Give a Frog a Piece of Matzah.” Sort of like “If you Give a Mouse a Cookie” but not at all derivative and it’s a fun, frog’s eye view of the seder experience (hint: by the end, the frog wishes he was Jewish, too!).

  3. The Carp in the Bathtub! We used to read that all the time when my class went to the school library in elementary school. I think one of the girls in my class had some connection to it and we requested it a lot. But I haven’t encountered it anywhere else in years!
