I’ve had this exact same blender since 2013 and I’m a huge fan.

I love blended soups, and the hand immersion blender – AKA “zhuzher” 😉 — makes it so much easier than transferring to a countertop blender.

I also use this blender to make my easy-peasy kosher for Passover immersion blender mayo recipe. I HIGHLY recommend that you make for Pesach — it is so much better than the stuff that comes in a jar!

This is also perfect for whipping up this incredible “dump ranch” salad dressing.

I love these gadgets so much that I have three of them — dairy, meat and PESACH!

Two-day shipping is free with your Amazon Prime account. If you’re not a member, you can get free 5-7 day shipping via Super Saver Shipping when you spend $35 or more.

  1. Mara, that Ranch dressing looks great! And it seems to be whole 30 compliant.
A question though…what kind of coconut milk do you use? Canned, refrigerated or boxed?
Thanks so much & shabbat shalom.

    • It is Whole30 compliant and it’s totally fantastic! I use the canned coconut milk. Shake well, before you open. Also, if you use the “cream” part – it make the dressing a bit thicker. It’ll be thin at first, but it does thicken up in the fridge.

  2. Thanks so much!
I’m looking forward to trying it.

  3. Great dressing!
Made it with parsley twice-thinking about trying scallions next week….
    Thanks for the recipe!
