CVS Huggies Coupon Sweetens the Diaper Deal

Huggies Diaper Deal at CVS

This just in! I went to CVS today to do the Huggies diaper deal I told you about earlier. I scanned my CVS card at the magic coupon machine and guess what printed out? A $4 store coupon when you buy Huggies diapers and wipes. I was already planning to get the diapers, so I just threw in the wipes at $3.49. That coupon got me free wipes, plus another $.51 off my total. Hooray!

Here’s what my transaction looked like:

1 package size 3 Huggies Snug and Dry – 96-ct. – $20.00 – $3.00 coupon
1 container Huggies Natural Care wipe – 72-ct. – $3.49 – $4.00 coupon
1 tube Desitin – $2.50 – $1.00 coupon
1 J&J head-to-toe wash – 15-oz. – $2.50 – $1.00 coupon

Total ~ $19.50 – $10 ECB I had on hand = $9.50! Plus, I earned $10 in ECB to use on my next trip.

$9.50 is how much ONE package of Huggies costs at most stores. And I got three packages worth for that price, plus all the other goodies, too. And that’s why I love CVS!

To get all your coupons and to print out a $4/$20 coupon (for new CVS email subscribers only), check out my post from earlier today. And don’t forget to scan your card at the Magic Coupon Machine when you shop at CVS.

Comments

  1. where is the magic coupon machine? I didn’t see it last time when I went to cvs (are they all in the same place, I wasn’t at the close by one either)?

    • They are usually right by the entrance to the store. It’s a red machine that looks like you would use it to scan barcodes of merchandise, which actually you can use it for as well. If it’s not right by the entrance, check in the back by the pharmacy/minute clinic (if that particular branch has one.)

  2. I tried to get a good coupon from the print outs, nothing :(. but they do have select summer items 75%off. Not great, but okay deals. I got two ice packs for 25cents each for the kids lunches.

    • Yes! Thanks for the mention of that. I picked up some birthday gifts for future parties. I should do a post about that! Keep trying that kiosk. I also got $.75 off a king-size candybar, which are on sale for $1 this week. Not the healthiest way to spend $.25, but still.

      • i also got the king size candy bar. nice treat at the end of a long day

      • yes I want to know how you deal with b.day presents.

        • Just a comment on birthday presents. I buy most of mine MONTHS in advance. I just got some for my kids at kohls 80% off and then tuck them away until their birthdays. I also like to look in late December/early January at Target.

  3. I wasn’t lucky enough to get the $4 off $20 coupon at the kiosk but I did take advantage and got diapers, two things of Johnson’s baby wash, two boxes of fruit loops (at $1/box and the kids have been begging for this “shabbos cereal” and two containers of Wisk laundry detergent.

The desitin at my CVS was way more than $2.50 as were the Huggies wipes but perhaps I didn’t read the signs right. Either way, thanks for the great tips!

I think Target has buy two packs of LUVS diapers and get $10 gift card. You have to shell out $34 for but you do get $10 back to use. Saw it in the ad, haven’t actually made it there yet.
