I ordered this on December 4th and have still not received it. Has anyone else had the same problem? I contacted them twice with no productive response!
Are you on Facebook? Unfortunately there were a number of readers in the same situation 🙁 They have had luck with getting their credit card companies to refund their money. Some have also gotten a refund from KGB.
