Freezer Food $5 Gift Card Deal

If your store is running the freezer gift card deal, you can get any 7 freezer items (no rain checks, while supplies last) and earn a $5 gift card. Mix and match for the best savings, and don’t forget to print and clip all the coupons ahead of time – as you may need to improvise once you get into the store and see what they have.

Here are some match-ups to help you get started:

Bird’s Eye Frozen Veggies – $1.02 (these are Triangle-K, as far as I know)
Buy Seven, Get $5 Gift Card

Use $1/3 Bird’s Eye Steamfresh from 1/23 SS Insert
FREE after coupons & gift cards

Market Pantry Frozen Veggies – $.97 (I am not sure if these have a hechsher; I know some of their frozen fruits do, so I’m including it on the list and you can check at the store. I’ll be there later today, hopefully, so I will update as well when I’m back.)
Buy Seven, Get $5 Gift Card

Use $1/4 Target Printable Coupon
Pay $.01 each after coupon & gift card

Skinny Cow, Ben & Jerry’s, Edy’s or Haagen Daaz Cups $1.02-$1.25 (Regular Price)
Buy 7 and pay as low as $2.14 after Gift Card or .30 cents a cup

Alexia Sweet Potato Fries – $2.39
Buy Seven, Get $5 Gift Card

Use $1/1 Printable Coupon or here
Pay $.68 each after coupon & gift card

Unfortunately there are no new printables on Morningstar products, but check your coupons as you might have some if you printed them in December (mine are still good ‘til March). FYI: Morningstar are usually $2.99 on price cut or $3.99 regularly.

Note that prices vary regionally and grocery prices tend to be lower at Super Targets than non-Super Targets.

Are you planning a Target run this week? What’s on your list?

Comments

  1. MP veggies do not have a hechsher but all except the peas have only the veggie as ingredients.

Also note that there are new Seventh Generation Target coupons on their webiste!! (not on sale now, but good to print them while they’re available)

  2. missfrizzly says

although my Target is running the GC promotion, they said I didn’t qualify for the GC because I didn’t buy the brands pictured in the ad…I pointed out that the fine print says ‘any 7 frozen items’ but the manager said no…she didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable but it wasn’t worth arguing over, I just returned the 3 items I’d bought just to get me to 7…still got a good price on the Alexia fries with the $1 off coupons…
