I want to wish you an easy and meaningful fast.
“Easy and meaningful” — it’s an expression I use every year. But this year, it takes on extra relevance — especially as so many of us, in the interest of safety and public health, must forego the familiarity and comfort of being at our shuls and davening in the manner we have come to treasure.
Despite all the differences of this year, may we still find meaning in our fast and in our davening, and may we merit to be sealed for a year of life, health and happiness.
