Your Shop Card will be emailed to you within 2 weeks after signing up. To receive your membership card, take your Groupon confirmation email plus your photo ID to your local Costco’s membership counter.

Costco announced in July that on September 1st, it is raising the price of it’s membership (for the first time in 7 years) to $65 for Gold Star and $130 for Executive.
