Amir, his wife and two daughters lived on Kibbutz Nahal Oz before October 7th, in the Gaza Envelope. His father, Noam Tibon, a former IDF General, and his mother drove from Tel Aviv that morning to rescue Amir and his family, saving many other Israelis in the process, as well.
