I still am totally analog when it comes to reading, but my husband LOVES his Kindle Paperwhite. We bought one before we moved to Israel in 2017 and his is still going very strong. He checks out e-books for free from our public library in America via the Libby app.

And if you’re traveling, the Kindle takes up no room or weight in your carry-on bag and you can bring alone multiple books (this is the one factor that may get me to switch over to a Paperwhite!). While you can certainly read on your phone or another tablet, the reading experience is so much better on a Paperwhite that it’s a worthwhile investment for any voracious reader!
