Right now, you can sign up for a free year-long subscription to Rouge, a quarterly magazine published by Proctor & Gamble. As you can imagine, if a mega-manufacturer is going to put out a magazine, it’s going to have a lot of self-promotion. And a LOT of coupons. High value coupons.
