If you haven’t heard me mention them before, Schoola is an online used children’s clothing store with gently used (and in same cases New With Tags), name brand clothing at a big discount. They also make contributions to local schools for every second-hand sale. And even though they specialize in kids’ clothing, they also carry adult sizes, which are perfect for me and my husband. • Schoola’s customer service is excellent. I’ve ordered several times over the last year (buying second-hand is one way I keep our clothing costs low) and on the rare occasion that there was something “off” with my order, they took care of me right away. For example, the last time I ordered, I bought Adidas workout pants, which were labeled women’s medium. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I realized they were boys’ medium (no way was I going to fit into them!). So I emailed customer service and not only did they credit back the amount to my card, and let me keep the pants (I gave them to a friend with a son that size), they also gave me a $20 credit on my  next purchase to “make it up to me”!
