These are the same mattresses that we bought — and packed in our duffels — before our big move to Israel this summer. Our lift only came after a month, so we slept on these for four whole weeks. These were really great. I mean, everyone was beyond thrilled to have real mattresses by the end, but honestly, these were a great temporary solution. And definitely good for guests when you need a few extra beds.
By the way, we bought this manual hand pump (now under $8, too!), since the electric pump is 110 electricity. It took a bit longer, but wasn’t too taxing and worked great as well.
Even if one of the mattresses ends up getting a hole (occupational hazard with these blow-up mattresses), I figure I can replace it for very little. The internal pump ones are much more costly – and they get holes just as easily. Been there, done that.
