I’m a little bit freaked out that December is almost over. That means 2011 is almost over. Woah.
It’s been an incredible year – many high points, and a few low ones. Hopefully the same balance for you!
One of the definite highs has been the growth of Kosher on a Budget. I still have to pinch myself! It’s such a huge honor to be able to “talk” to so many of you from all over the country (and the world) on a daily basis.
As I’m sure you know, writing 10 or so posts a day takes a good deal of time. And one of the key ingredients in affording me this time is the incredible companies that support Kosher on a Budget through their advertising sponsorship.
I want to take a second to give a big shout-out to these awesome folks – and encourage you to click on their links and show their sites a little love!
A long-time supporter of KOAB, Factory Direct Party’s product line is ideal for KOAB readers. Need paper goods for a simcha? Go check out Factory Direct Party immediately. Their prices are low and their special offers (which you will know all about if you “like” them on Facebook) are out of this world! Tell them Mara sent you!
Rabbi Schulgasser is a talented, reassuring and respectful mohel. And even though he lives in Overland Park, Kansas, he has traveled as far as Alaska for a brit. So if you live “out of town” and need a mohel for your son’s upcoming brit – or just have some bris-related questions, be in touch with Rabbi Schulgasser.
Kuddos to Editor in Chief (or should, I say “in Chef”), Jamie Geller, and her whole team, for putting out such a wonderful magazine! I loved partnering this month with Joy of Kosher for my Chanukah subscription giveaway – and I know the eight winners are going to love their issues. By the way, if you’re interested in ordering a subscription of your own (or as a gift!), here’s the subscription center link!
A new Kosher on a Budget sponsor, Shell Sheli is a great small business selling a product that many in the frum community know and love – Kiki Riki shells. I love their fast shipping (and great shipping deals!) + their stellar customer service. And their School Fundraiser Program is awesome, too!
If you would like information on advertising on KOAB, please contact me. I have extremely reasonable rates, with special discounts for readers and small business owners.
