I’ve read great things about Couch to 5K (usually read while sitting on my couch, ironically enough!)

    I did the C25K program using that exact app (c25K Pro). Both the program and that app were great. I started out (honestly) not being able to run a minute (or even jog) without feeling ready to pass out. I ran my first 5K about a month ago and plan to run my next right after Sukkos.
