“Like” iCard on Facebook and they will send you a $5 gift card to use on any gift card of your choice. From reading through their wall, it looks like will be sending out the gift cards via Facebook message within the next couple of days.
Most stores start their gift card denominations at $10, so that’s like getting a 50% discount on a $10 card! You can either buy a gift card for yourself, or gift the card to someone else – and let them pick the store they want. I think this would make a great teacher gift and at just $5, it’s quite affordable!
iCard offers gift cards to stores such as Gap, Macy’s, iTunes, and more!
Thanks, Swaggrabber!
FYI, the code will land in the “updates” section of your Facebook messages…you have to look for it there. I just tried to cash it in, and discovered that ICard charges a $3.95 “delivery and handling fee” for each gift card that they email (or that you print), which I find slightly obnoxious. So my net discount on this gift card will be $1.05, not $5. I think their marketing was misleading.
Ugh, that is so annoying. I hadn’t even checked to see if I got the gift card yet. Thanks for letting us know, Susie.
