Purim is less than two weeks away, my friends! Are you getting excited?? Are you sameach yet?!
If not, maybe this will help you get in the Purim mood….
Because you all are THE best readers — and because I love you all, I really do! – I have lined up a whole week of Purim giveaways. It’s my way of saying thank you for reading Kosher on a Budget. And – of wishing you a PURIM SAMEACH.
I’m very excited to kick things off today with a $25 gift card to KosherWine.com. That ought to add a little umph to your Ad Lo’Yada! Or maybe you could start stocking up for your Pesach seder?
However it gets spent, one lucky Kosher on a Budget reader will win a $25 gift certificate to KosherWine.com.
(If you don’t know about the great vino deals at KosherWine.com, you can read my KosherWine.com review here. We’ve been happy customers for almost three years!)
Do you want to win the $25 KosherWine.com gift certificate? You have three ways to enter to win. Be sure to leave separate comments for each answer to increase your chances.
(1) Leave a comment on this post telling me your favorite kind of wine. (Me? I’m a Riesling girl!)
(2) “Like” Kosher on a Budget on Facebook, and then come back and leave a second comment telling me you have done so. If you already “like” KOAB, just leave a comment to that effect.
(3) Follow KOAB on Twitter, and then come back and leave a comment telling me you have done so. Already follow KOAB? Just leave a comment to that effect.
Entries on this – and the rest of my Purim giveaways – will end on Sunday, March 13 at midnight. I will announce all the winners on Monday morning!
All winners will be selected randomly. Each person can win only once during the week-long Purim Giveaway.
Good luck & let’s have some Purim fun!
P.S. I’m very sorry to all my non-US readers, but this giveaway is only open to those of you who live in the contiguous United States due to shipping issues.
Bartenura’s Moscato D’Asti- sweet and simple 🙂
I’m also a Moscato D’Asti fan – weather by Rashi or Bartenura. My father jokes that it is sweet like fruit punch but, I guess that is why I like it.
p.s. Have “Liked” KOAB from the beginning
My favorite wine is a good syrah

I love Riesling, too! And I’ve liked KOAB for a while – so does my SIL!

Happy Purim!
Well, i’m pregnant right now, so no wine for me. I admit, when i didn’t keep kosher, i loved Amarone, which i have yet to find a kosher version of. But the kosher Prosecco is good! can’t remember the brand!

My vino of preference is a white like Bartenura Moscato, but generally any white from Teal Lake, Bartenura, BoothBay or Gamla works 🙂

Chianti for me. The family likes moscato d’asti. The Bartenura blue bottle usually wins hands down. Thanks
My favorite wine is Cream Malaga made by Kedem. It’s really sweet 🙂

Not very original, in light of all the commentors who already mentioned it, but my favorite is Bartenura Moscati D’Asti
Bartenura Moscato D’Asti is definitely my favorite, although I’ve slowly been making myself start to expand into other (read: not sparkly alcoholic grape juice) wines. 🙂
I follow you on Twitter.
Favorite kind of wine – Bartenura in the blue bottle! But for a more frugal choice, I also like Rashi light.
