In just two weeks, KOAB will turn TWO.
Yup, we’re about to enter the Terrible Twos! 😉
Two years ago, my dear friend Amy suggested I start a couponing blog for people who keep kosher. “Yeah, right,” I said. “The field is so saturated. The last thing the world needs is yet another coupon blog.”
Fortunately, I didn’t listen to my own instincts. (Or maybe that was just nerves talking.)
In just 24 months, Kosher on a Budget has become a “thing” – a thing that has grown far beyond my wildest dreams. Your comments, shares, likes, email forwards and personal notes mean the WORLD to me! I’m so honored that you’ve made my blog your blog – the place you come for all the latest money-saving information.
Thank you for sharing the word with your friends and relatives. Do you know how awesome I think it is that KOAB is a topic at your Shabbos table? A shared tip between girlfriends? SO. Awesome!
So here we are. About to celebrate our second anniversary. And if you’ve been hanging out for a while, you know it wouldn’t be a celebration without a giveaway!
I thought a lot about what I wanted to give away – Gift cards? Cash? Nah, we’ve done that before! I wanted something different. Something special.
And then it dawned on me.
Starbucks!
While I don’t know each of you personally, I kinda feel like I do. I love that KOAB has that two-degrees-of-separation vibe.
I feel like my readers are my buds. Like – if you lived in Kansas City, we’d hang out at the park on Shabbat. Or share some coffee at Starbucks.
Realistically, I can’t take all of you out to coffee – as fun as that would be! So instead, we’ll have settle for a Starbucks giveaway!
I’m giving away three $25 Starbucks gift cards, so three of you can have that coffee on me.
