Hi Ruth — I heard from another reader who had an issue with the extra savings. She said it didn’t work on her phone, but did on her computer. That was the first time I’d heard of that issue, but if you were on your phone, maybe give it a try on your computer. Other than that, there’s no special trick – it should just come off automatically at checkout.
