TheSukkahProject.com is having a Chanukah Gift Sale through December 16th, featuring handcrafted Judaica by Steve Henry Herman.
These wooden creations are BEAUTIFUL and if you are looking for a unique gift for Chanukah, you couldn’t go wrong with one of these pieces.
I love his super cool GyroDreidle for $20 (above). And his absolutely stunning hand-carved Eitz Chayim mezuzot for $72 (this is beyond beautiful in real life!)
And his Tzedakah boxes for $30 (he has a few designs, but I’m partial to this Jerusalem one.)
I think his prices are very reasonable for hand-crafted work, but thru December 16th, you can save an additional 10% when you use the coupon code SALE at checkout.
Steve is also offering 10% off his in-stock Sukkot items including Klutz-Proof Sukkah Building Kits, kosher bamboo schach mats, decorations, and more with the same SALE code at checkout.
I know none of us are in the mindset of Sukkot right now, but this is a great time to stock up on whatever you might need for 5774 — prices won’t get lower than this.
And his sukkah kits are immensely popular. Don’t put this off until next September, when you’ll be kicking yourself for not buying it now!
Of course, everybody knows that I love a giveaway, which is why Steve has also generously offered to share two of his handmade creations as a Chanukah Giveaway here on Kosher on a Budget! Thank you, Steve.
One lucky reader will win his Jerusalem Tzedakah Box” (Retail value: $30) and a second reader will win his stunning Etz Hayim Mezuzah case (Retail value: $72 – note, the klaf is not included).

Disclaimer: I was provided with both a tzedakah box and a mezuzuah case, and Steve Herman will provide the winners with their prizes directly. I was not otherwise compensated for running this giveaway, nor for sharing my positive opinions of his work. Want more information? See my disclosure policy.

Beautiful Pieces of art!
Actually, I am glad to leave a comment about this great business. Both our sukkah and our schach were ordered from The Sukkah Project (ordered in different years). I spent quite a while cross-referencing prices, and The Sukkah Projects prices were significantly lower than anyplace else online. The products have held up very well. The people at The Sukkah Project have also be so helpful when we have called with questions or concerns.
Beautiful wood work!
