Great blog. Having a great Pesach. I too like the potato and kale gratin, but use beet greens since I can’t get kale.

My favorite part of Pesach has been having the whole family together. First time in who knows how many years all the children our together, 2 of them with their spouses and children, siblings from Israel etc.

I’ve been following your website since I realized I would have to make Pesach this year (which was late last year) and I’ve gotten so many deals since then! Since I’m competetive, I like to see if I can find something better too sometimes….like the 7 qt crockpot I bought on Amazon for under $22 🙂
