How many cups of flour are in your recipe?
I’m guessing approx 11. Not quite following a recipe.
I’m gonna guess that you might have some over-heating issues. Mine is 5.5 cups and it’s fine. I think doubling that would be tough on the 500. Sorry. 🙁
