Here’s my personal take: I got this food processor earlier this year for my birthday (it’s actually what I asked for!) and I absolutely •••love••• it. I had a Cuisinart for years and years, but the bowl cracked, and then it just stopped chopping one Friday during my Shabbat prep. I did a ton of research and decided to splurge for this Braun (I got mine in Israel so mine is 220 watt, but it’s otherwise the same model). It makes the most gorgeous shreds (I shredded beets for Rosh Hashana!), the most creamy, luscious potatoes for kugels, and of course, it handles chopping/ pureeing / processing all your dressings, dips and chummus. Needless to say, if you can splurge for yourself, I think you’ll love this one!
