    Thanks Mara- but the code didn’t work 🙁 It must’ve reached the limit… I read on other sites that people called customer service and still got their card for free, but I don’t think I’m going to do that…. thanks anyway!

    Yeah. I called customer service and they said they reached the limit rather fast, but I was able to give them my order over the phone and get the card for free. It was really fast, and the person was very friendly!!

    Give them a call for the free card!
