I recently was sent a pair of these EMU Micros to try out and wow — they are even warmer, snugglier (is that a word?) and more comfortable than my UGGs.
I actually did some googling to find out why… and learned that Emu boots all have a removable arch support insole, and that the outer soles have reinforced outer edges. These hep to prevent pronation (an issue of mine personally) — which is a well known problem with UGG boots (although I do still love and wear them, I’ve taken to putting an insert in mine where I wear them for a long time.
