Unlike the super popular Cuisinart ceramic knife sets, which I’ve posted about many times before, this new set feature high-quality stainless steel blades. Steel can be sharpened, so these knifes will last even longer!
The set includes:
- 8″ Chef’s knife with blade guard
- 8″ Slicing knife with blade guard
- 6″ Santoku knife with blade guard
- 6″ Serrated utility knife with blade guard
- 3.5″ Paring knife with blade guard
The color coded handles are intended to help reduce the risk of cross-contamination — but I also think that they’re great for kosher-keepers.
