Wow! What a week it has been. I hope you’re not getting giveaway fatigue from SIX days of giveaways and EIGHT different prizes!
Well, good. Because today, you have a chance to win $100 in cash from Ebates.com.
(Let me let that sink in for a minute.)
Yup, $100 in cold hard cash. Deposited into your Ebates account. Sent to you by check (or paypal if you prefer) at the end of the quarter.
I’m thinking that’s gonna sweeten somebody’s New Year!
I adore Ebates and have been getting cash back from them for my online purchases for over three years now. When you sign up for Ebates and make your first qualifying purchase of $25 or more within 90 days, you even earn a bonus $5.
Plus, you get to enjoy cash-back rebates from all of your favorite online stores – like 8% back at JCrew and 5% at Nordstroms. You can get cash-back on almost anything at Ebates – from clothing to housewares and pet medication to auto parts.
For today’s giveaway, I’m once again using the Rafflecopter widget because it makes things so nice and easy for me – and hopefully quick for all of you, too.
Today there are 5 possible entries per person. The first entry is MANDATORY to enter this giveaway: Please leave a comment on this post telling me how you will spend the $100 if you win. (Don’t worry – no matter what you say, it won’t affect the outcome. The winner will be chosen randomly.)
The second entry is not mandatory to enter, but it is mandatory to collect your winnings in the event that you win – and that’s to sign up for an Ebates account if you don’t already have one. The $100 will be deposited into the winner’s account, which will be sent to you at the end of the quarter.
If you already have an Ebates account, go ahead and check that box. If not, you can sign up for an account now and then check the box. Or, you can skip the entry and if you win the giveaway, sign up then. It’s totally your call!
The last three entries are all optional – do one, two, all or none of them. But remember, the more you enter, the better your chances are of winning:
- Subscribe to KOAB’s daily email newsletter – if you’re already a subscriber, just check that box
- Like this post on Facebook
- Tweet about this giveaway on Twitter
Each day this week, I hosted one (and in some cases two) Rosh Hashana giveaways. Entries to the giveaways will be open until next Tuesday, September 20 at 11:59 pm CST. The winners of all the giveaways will be announced next Wednesday.
Disclosure: Ebates will provide one winning KOAB reader with $100 in cash, via their Ebates refund account. I was not compensated by Ebates to run this giveaway, nor to share my positive opinions of their cash-back site. I am, however, an affiliate of Ebates, which means when you sign up for an Ebates account and make your first qualifying purchase, I get paid a one-time $5 commission. For more information about how this commission helps to support Kosher on a Budget, please see my disclosure policy.
I would spend the money on sweaters because it’s starting to get cold!
on some RH treats for the kiddies
Saving up for the trip to the inlaws ๐
Buy a Keurig, of course.
new winter coats for the kiddies!
Winter boots – we’re all due for new ones!
A toss up between a new winter coat for me and cute cloth diapers for the babe.
2 new dresses for my beautiful daughter for the RH and Shabbat!
Wow! I love it! I would add it to our “making aliyah expenses fund”!
Cloth for my darling son
I’m still working on getting uniforms for my daughter! ๐
I signed up for Ebates, which I actually discovered through KOAB!
Coats…
Winter coats for the kids
I’d use it for clothes and groceries.
a few serving platters…
I didn’t enter the twitter url :-/ but I started following you @PerelJ
put it towards a stroller
I would give the $100 to our Sunday school to help buy supplies and books.
I would put it in the furniture fund–I’m saving up for a dining room set.
What I should do: take my husband out to dinner at the restaurant where we got engaged 4 years ago (and haven’t been back since)
What I probably will do: put it towards a double stroller so I’m not putting my kids at risk squishing them into our single Graco
I’ll buy some books.
We were supposed to move to Israel this Nov/Dec thus avoiding winter here in the Ohio… but plans change, so now I need boots and a new jacket…the ones I’ve had for the last 8 years have had it…uggh!
I don’t know how I would spend it. I’d probably spend it on things for my kids, but if I’m feeling selfish, I’d get myself a new pair of warm winter boots before it gets cold.
i’d get some wintertime school uniform clothes for my son, and maybe a lil’ somethin’ somethin’ for me for my birthday, if there’s any money left over.
Yom Tov Food!!!
I’m guessing I would start out looking for some new clothes for myself and end up getting stuff for my kids instead. That’s how it normally goes ๐
clothing for the family
I would buy some nice clothes for my daughters.
something for myself– i never treat myself
prob buy a gift for someone else! awww… no really owe someone a wedding gift ๐
We’re saving toward bunkbeds for my older two, so that would go directly into the fund!
Buy myself new clothes
This would go straight into the “I am buying myself a fab (= expensive) new bag that I really don’t need but I REALLY want” fund!
I would use the money to pay for a mini-getaway. my hubby and i so need that right now. one night at a tzimmer somewhere in the galil, so not too far from home, but far enough away (and quiet enough) …
Put it in our vacation fun. Branson AND Salt Lake City next month talk about a budget blunder!!! Salt Lake is business for my husband, I’m just tagging along to visit my home town.
boots for me!!
I would spend the money to pay my electric bill that’s been adding up.
A new hat for shul for yom tov
Every year on the anniversary of the day we met, we go back to the place of our first date. With the $100, we’d do some more spectacular things to celebrate (fancy dinner, horse drawn carriage ride…).
A yom tov outfit for me! Haven’t gotten a new one in years!!
I’d put it towards some exercise classes to use in my effort to get into shape.
A deluxe pedicure and a foot and leg massage.
Something for me. i never seem to get stuff for me ๐
I would buy yarn and/or fabric my 2 guilty pleasures that I normally save and save to eek out of the budget. The yarn/fabric might be used to make things for other people, but using high quality ingredients makes the experience so much more pleasurable for me!
New fashion boots! Nice boots always seem to be so expensive.
I really need a new pair of black boots. But I’d probably end up getting winter coats for the boys.
I would spend it on a pair of uggs, there’s a 25 dollars for 50 dollars towards uggs, then if I get another 100, it wouldn’t be so expensive!
I’d love to get an outfit for yom tov for my daughter!
hmmm, maybe a nice dinner out ๐
