By the way, here’s an easy little tip for you: We store our Pesach silverware in their trays year-round. When I’m packing up dishes at the end of chag, I just wrap the trap in Saran Wrap or Cling Wrap (a few layers for good measure). If I have sharp knives, I wrap them in newspaper or paper towel first so as not to puncture the wrap.
