Wow! I’m So Impressed with Carvel! {Issues with Free Kid’s Cup Promotion}

Remember a few days ago, I told you about the special one-day only promotion Carvel was running – Buy One adult cone, Get One kid’s cone for free? Well, I was really bummed to see on Facebook that at least two of my readers reported being denied their cone because their local stores weren’t honoring it.

This was supposed to be a national promotion! Of course, individual stores will, for whatever reason, sometimes choose not to participate in these national deals.

Well, I nonetheless decided to reach out to Carvel (there I go, initiating the conversation ;-)) – and I have to say, I am super impressed with their responsiveness and customer service.

  3. We had the same problem where we were told the store was not participating. We were in the store already and I didn’t want to argue in front of my kids so we just paid for the ice cream. I meant to e-mail Carvel myself but kept forgetting so I just e-mailed now. I’ll see what happens. Thanks for reaching out to Carvel also!
